What can I say about the ladies at Dunn & Rate, they went above and beyond in helping us secure our purchase. We had many problems with our solicitors and it was never a problem to pop in and get advise from them, which in the end helped the sale to go through. I would recommend using Dunn & Rate 100% I could not fault them and we wish we had used them to sell our home. We are now in our new home many thanks to them.

Fantastic service from the team at Dunn & Rate. Property listed, sold and completed within 10 weeks (with a 2 week Christmas break in that period) and not an ounce of stress along the way.
