Fantastic service from the team at Dunn & Rate.
Property listed, sold and completed within 10 weeks (with a 2 week Christmas break in that period) and not an ounce of stress along the way. Anyone in the property game will know that this is not a common occurrence anymore! 2 sales done, the third pending in a couple of months and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Never had to wait for an update, Sophie always beat me to it and it doesn't matter who picks up the phone or emails, they all know exactly what's going on and are happy to help 😊
