    What can I say about the ladies at Dunn & Rate, they went above and beyond in helping us secure our purchase. We had many problems with our solicitors and it was never a problem to pop in and get advise from them, which in the end helped the sale to go through.     Fantastic service from the team at Dunn & Rate. Property listed, sold and completed within 10 weeks (with a 2 week Christmas break in that period) and not an ounce of stress along the way.
