Louris is well connected amongst the local community and has two beautiful young daughters who dote on their mum. Family comes first for Louris, who prides herself on ensuring that people are left happy and satisfied with the service they receive.

Sam is a joint director of the business. Following over 10 years as part of the management team for a FTSE 100 company, Sam has a proven record of succeeding in business. Sam’s passion is people and customer service, with an instinct for anticipating people’s expectations. Sam is from a close-knit family and is mum to two handsome young boys, who help keep her on her toes.

If you have ever sold a house or played netball within the area you will know of Katie. She is the go-to for all valuation enquiries and one of the most relied upon members of the team as she is so versatile and can put her hand to anything. Katie is used to a demanding work schedule but has the grit and determination to ensure the job gets done and the client is left satisfied. Katie always has a story to tell and amidst the stress is able to cheer up anyone’s day. Katie has a handsome son and has a passion for all things beauty as well as going to the gym and partying with her family and friends.

Sophie being our newest member of the team has 5 years experience under her belt of working in the industry. She is our sales master and plays an important part in ensuring our clients reach their moving dates. Sophie's extremely organised and efficient, making her an integral part to our Dunn & Rate family. When she is not working, Sophie is busy being mummy to a growing boy of 3 and enjoys some down time with her friends, with a glass of fizz here and there.
